A live hibachi grill turns birthday parties catering from a line of trays into the highlight of the night. Your guests gather around the flat-top, the chef performs, and dinner lands hot and all at once.

Hibachi Orange handles the full production across Orange County — the chef, the grill, the propane, fresh proteins, fried rice, grilled vegetables, house sauces and complete cleanup. You choose the package, the date and the guest list; we do everything else.

Pricing is per person: $60 Classic (2 proteins, 90 minutes), $80 Premium (3 proteins, 120 minutes, table and chair setup included) and $100 Luxury (lobster and filet mignon, all-inclusive). Children 6–12 are $30, children 5 and under are $5, and every event carries a $600 minimum with a $50 deposit to reserve your date.

Planning Checklist for Your Birthday Parties

Book two to four weeks ahead — earlier for peak spring, summer and holiday dates
Choose a package and confirm your final guest count
Select proteins: chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, tofu, filet or lobster
Tell us about allergies, dietary needs and kid-friendly requests
Clear roughly 10 x 10 feet of flat, dry outdoor space for the chef
Set up tables, chairs and place settings (included on Premium and Luxury)
Confirm your $50 deposit to lock in the date and chef
