These terms govern bookings with Hibachi Orange, a private hibachi chef and hibachi catering service serving Orange County, California.
Reservations & deposits
A booking request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your event is confirmed once we verify chef availability and receive a $50 deposit, which is applied to your final balance.
Minimum order
Every event carries a $600 minimum order before tax and gratuity.
Cancellation
Deposits are refundable when cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Outdoor cooking
Hibachi service is performed outdoors in a covered, dry area. We cannot cook inside enclosed spaces. If weather prevents outdoor cooking, we will work with you to reschedule.
Liability
Our chefs are licensed and insured. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, level, dry cooking area and for supervising guests and pets around the cooking station during service.
