We keep it simple. You choose a package — Classic at $60 per person, Premium at $80 or Luxury at $100 — and tell us your date, city and guest count. Our team confirms availability, assigns a chef from our Orange County roster and collects a $50 deposit that locks in your date.

On event day your chef arrives 30 to 45 minutes early to set up the grill, the station and the food. Service then runs 90 to 120 minutes of live teppanyaki cooking, and the chef breaks down and cleans the entire station before leaving. Most hosts tell us the only thing they did all evening was open the gate.

Hibachi teppanyaki cooking happens outdoors — and Orange County has nearly perfect outdoor weather for it. We routinely set up on residential patios, in backyards, under pergolas and carports, at HOA clubhouses, in apartment courtyards and at rented picnic shelters in county parks.

The only requirement is a flat, dry area of roughly 10 x 10 feet for the chef and grill, with enough clearance overhead for the flames. We cook rain or shine as long as there is a covered dry zone. We do not cook inside houses, garages or any enclosed space, for safety and permitting reasons.

Hibachi at home in Orange County typically runs $60 to $100 per adult, plus upgrades. A 20-guest Classic party lands right around $1,200 before tax and gratuity, and that includes the chef, the grill, all the food, the sides, the show and the cleanup.

Groups of 10 to 20 guests save $50, groups of 21 to 30 save $100, and groups of 31 to 40 save $200. Larger parties can be split across multiple grills and chefs so nobody waits.
